Mphoko showed off his dancing skills at Nkomo memorial gala

VICE President Phelekezela Mphoko showed off his dancing skills as he joined thousands of people in celebrating the life of the late Vice President Dr Joshua Nkomo at White City Stadium on Friday night.
Moments after delivering his keynote address in which he called on Zimbabweans to embrace peace as this was Dr Nkomo's biggest wish, VP Mphoko was about to get off stage when the song Dairai Dairai by Mbare Chimurenga Choir, was belted out by DJ Mzoe.
As the crowd got down to singing and dancing to it, VP Mphoko could not resist showing off his nimble feet, much to the delight of the crowd.
He was joined by the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs in Bulawayo Nomthandazo Eunice Moyo, Zanu-PF Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs Kudzi Chipanga, Zanu-PF national political commissar Saviour Kasukuwere and Mpopoma-Pelandaba MP Joe Tshuma, among other party leaders.
Thereafter it was a party atmosphere, as Iyasa took over with their high energy on stage as they danced to their tune Sijaiva sibancane.
The MCs began with poet Sithandazile Dube and Donna Nc with Babongile Sikhonjwa, Clive Chigubu and Zaza taking over the proceedings later on in the night.
Braving the cold the thousands that had gathered at White City Stadium were in a party mood, and enjoyed the acts.
Jeys Marabini, Mzoe 7, Sandra Ndebele, Ndux Junior, Clement Magwaza, King Shaddy, Dadza D, Judgement Yard and Sniper had the crowd dancing.
Imbube groups Impumelelo Shining Stars and Black Umfolosi had the crowd singing along to their harmonious music. The ever popular song, Unity by Black Umfolosi proved to be a crowd favourite.
