Finance minister Tendai Biti has postponed tomorrow's scheduled presentation of the 2012 National Budget proposals due to President Mugabe's absence.
Biti confirmed yesterday that he has pushed the 2012 budget presentation to Tuesday next week.
Sources said all was set before it emerged President Mugabe will not be back from Asia by tomorrow.
