A political analyst Vince Musewe has urged Twitter user to stop following Higher and Tertiary Education Science and Technology on Twitter accusing him of misleading them by saying change is a tool of the west.
Moyo tweeted that change which people want is the instigation of the west.
"Jonathan Moyo said Change is a tool of the West. Anywhere you see change you must know that it is the embassies that are responsible," Musewe said.
"What rubbish! Lets, not even give our ear to this imbecile. Those who follow him on Twitter or Facebook STOP IT!"
