Civil servants salary date brought forward

The government says the June 2016 salary payment date for the rest of the civil service has been moved from the 14th July 2016 as previously advised to the 13th of July.

In a statement today, Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Patrick Chinamasa said pension obligations for the month of June 2016, are being paid on the 19th of July, while the salary payment date for staff under grant aided institutions is the 21st of July.
