The fresh bail application for Solomon Madzore, the MDC-T Youth Assembly chairperson was again postponed today at the High Court to tomorrow after Justice Hlekani Mwayera said she needed time to go through the State's submissions.
The State yesterday failed to submit its submission to the High Court forcing Justice Mwayera to postpone the matter to today. However, the State prosecutor, Edmore Nyazamba only managed to present his submissions this morning forcing the judge to postpone the matter to Friday as she needed time to go through them.
Madzore is part of 28 MDC-T activists who are facing of murdering a police officer in Glen View, Harare in May. Others have been granted but Madzore and eight others are still in remand prison after being denied bail as the judge considered them to be a flight risk.
