MDC-T appoints two more vice presidents

MDC-T leadership has reportedly appointed Nelson Chamisa and Elias Mudziri as party vice presidents, Bulawayo24.com has heard.
Chamisa is second vice president while Mudzuri is third.
Bulawayo24.com understands the appointments where made during Thursday national executive council meeting.
Thokozani Khupe is the first vice president
This could be viewed as succession plan as current party leader Morgan Tsvangirai's political future remains uncertain due to illness.
Tsvangirai finally returned to work at Harvest House on Wednesday after withdrawing from public life for months to nurse what he later revealed as colon cancer.
The MDC-T national executive comprises over 70 members while the national council has over 120.

At a press conference in Harare this morning Tsvangirai said: "In line with the directive given to me by the National Council yesterday, I have now appointed Hon. Nelson Chamisa and Hon Elias Mudzuri as Vice Presidents of the party. The two will join Hon. Thokozani Khupe in assisting me in the execution of my responsibilities and preparing the party for the next election."
