Minister Moyo's son laid to rest

Hundreds of mourners gathered in Mazvihwa communal lands in Zvishavane to bid farewell to Fred Kudakwashe Moyo, son to Deputy Minister of Mines and Mining Development Engineer Fred Moyo who died on Tuesday in Harare.
He was 23.
Hundreds of grief stricken relatives, friends and the community gathered to bid farewell to Fred Junior who many described as a diligent and intelligent young man who had a promising future ahead of him.
Mines and Mining Development Minister Walter Chidhakwa eulogised Fred Junior in a moving funeral oration saying the young man left a lesson to others of his age about how life must be led.
Zimbabwe's ambassador to South Africa Ambassador Isaac Moyo, who is brother to Deputy Minister Moyo, said the family has been robbed of a brilliant young man who was destined for great things in life.
It was an emotional sent off for the 23 year old who was due to graduate in chemical engineering this November.
Fred Junior succumbed to tuberculosis of the stomach.
