War vets leaders blocked from top table in Mugabe meeting

Security and Protocol personnel have reportedly blocked  leaders of war veterans and ex-combatants splinter group George Mlala and Partick Nyaruwata from occupying the top table.

A section of war veterans led by  Manicaland Provincial Affairs minister Mandiitawepi Chimene and Mlala are gathered at Zanu PF headquarters in Harare for a solidarity meeting with President Robert Mugabe.

Herald reported saying, "Meanwhile, Security and Protocol personnel have blocked Cdes Nyaruwata and Mlala from the top table."

Mlala is the Chimene group's secretary for lands.
