Dzamara petition Mugabe

Human Rights and political activist Patson Dzamara yesterday petitioned President Robert Mugabe to order the release of his missing brother, Itai Dzamara whom the family strongly believes was abducted by State agents.

Itai Dzamara has been missing for nearly 17 months after he was kidnapped in Glen View during a visit to a barber.

Authorities claim they have not made any headway in finding him. Patson who is the family's spokesperson said the way authorities had handled Itai's issue was disheartening and unconstitutional as he pleaded with Mugabe and his government to step down.
