The arrest of War veterans secretary-general Victor Matemadanda at the Rotten Row Magistrates courts Monday morning could be sweet news in some quarters.
Matemadanda could just be testing his own medicine for rebuking President Robert Mugabe.
When former war veterans' leader, Jabulani Sibanda was kicked out of Zanu PF in 2004,Matemadanda and others rebuked Sibanda saying nobody should disrespect Mugabe and his wife, Grace.
Recently, Matemadanda and company almost made similar remarks to Sibanda, which has landed him in trouble with Mugabe.
Scores of war veterans' and other Zimbabweans are crying persecution but where quick in 2014 to denounce Sibanda.
