Rebellious war vets expelled from Zanu PF

Zanu PF highest decision making body - the politburo has today expelled "rebellious" war veterans' leaders Victor Matemadanda, Francis Nhando, Douglas Mahiya and Headman Moyo, Bulawayo24.com has heard.

The politburo met today in Harare.

Matemadanda was arrested Tuesday when he attended Mahiya's bail application at Rotten Row Magistrates court.

Matemadanda and ZNLWVA vice-chairman, Headman Moyo and the association's Harare executive member, Wayne Bhila were granted $300 bail each on Wednesday morning, a day after Mahiya was released on $300 bail on the same charges that are resulting from a communique issued by the war veterans organisation.
