Motor-mouth acting national chairperson of the Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association (ZNLWVA),  Mandiitawepi Chimene is expected to address Bulawayo war veterans on Saturday.

The war veterans would gather for a feedback meeting following their meeting with President Robert Mugabe last week.

Manicaland Provincial Affairs Mandiitawepi Chimene is the guest speaker.

However, only "well-disciplined members are expected to attend the meeting".

"The meeting will focus on a number of issues including the current situation within the association.

''Current developments within the interim committee will be discussed and updates on what has transpired will be given.

"We will also look into the programme for the elections that are ahead of us as per the President's advice.

''The national chairperson is coming down here to lead us on those issues" War veterans' Council of Elders member George Mlala is quoted saying.

Chimene, a war veteran, escalated the fight by publicly imploring Mugabe to fire vice president Emmerson Mnangagwa.
