Zimbabwe's politics changing fast

Restless war veterans, who have been a key pillar of President Robert Mugabe and Zanu-PF since independence have signaled that they are ready to embrace the country's opposition after meeting with the leaders of the radical pressure group Tajamuka/Sesijikile last week.

The meeting comes as Tajamuka has filed a lawsuit at the ConCourt seeking to have President Mugabe removed from office on charges of gross human rights violations.

Tajamuka spokesperson said the meeting with the war vets was no big deal.
