Wadyajena sued over $18,000 unpaid levies

Gokwe Nembudziya MP Justice Wadyajena has been taken to the High Court by Borrowdale Brooke Home Owners Association seeking to recover over $18 000 in unpaid levies.

In summons filed under case number HC7514/16, the association said Zanu-PF legislator has reneged on an agreement to pay the agreed levies entered between the parties some years back.

However Wadyajena has entered an appearance to defend notice.
