Mugabe Way 'renamed' to Devolution Way

Anger against President Robert Mugabe took a new dimension in Bulawayo on Monday evening when unknown people defaced signs and replaced a street named after him with one bearing their wishes as they demonstrated against lack of development in Matabeleland.

Robert Mugabe Way was changed to Devolution Way.

This comes as Matabeleland region remains blighted by lack of development which they blame on centralisation of governance which they want devolved.
