What are they doing picture causes a scene

An online news portal used an old picture of soldiers looting in Harare titled 'What are they doing?" with a caption, "It appears these soldiers joined looters in Harare. They later on caused havoc as they beat up and chased away revellers at night spots." The picture according to those in the know was for an incident which happened in 08/09. It is not clear as to the intentions of publishing the picture with the current wave of disturbances in Harare.

Some readers of the website were not ammused with some alleging that thats how journalists lie.
