Several Bulawayo residents, journalist arrested

THREE suspected People's Democratic Party (PDP) members in Bulawayo have been arrested in yet unclear circumstances.

PDP Secretary for Finance and Economic Affairs Vince Musewe tweeted a picture of three youths saying, "Arrested in Byo today for fighting for our freedom".

However, reports indicate that a further seven people including photographer Crispen Ndlovu were arrested for "demonstrating and taking pictures of riot police of the water cannons.
