Ruling on 9 December in ZCTU Case Against Matombo

The High Court in Harare is set to hand down judgement on 9 December 2011 in a case where the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions is seeking to bar Lovemore Matombo and Raymond Majongwe from using the ZCTU logo, letterhead and also from setting up parallel structures.

The matter was heard today (25 November 2011) at the High Court.
