Outspoken activist Stern Zvorwadza and chairman of the National Vendors
Union of Zimbabwe has today defied a ban on 'demonstrations' by
addressing people queuing outside banks in Harare.
Zvorwadza has been captured addressing citizens queuing for money outside one of POSB outlets in Harare.
"There's nothing like the so-called banning of demonstrations, it's an idea of the ZRP.
"Some of you have been working for ten years, but when you attempt to withdraw your money, you are only allowed to do so in batches" he said in his brief address.
He has since been hailed as a 'fearless cadre. Real economic veteran'.

Public speeches are not banned, hence he is capitalising on that loophole.#Zvorwadza addresses citizens queuing at #POSB bank @zimvendors @KalabashMedia @MunyaBloggo #ZimVendors @harumutasa pic.twitter.com/j8KUz0AkPJ
