James Maridadi convicted, risk 30 days in jail

MDC-T Mabvuku-Tafara legislator James Maridadi has been found guilty of illegally grabbing a ticket book from a rank marshal who was manning at the National Railways of Zimbabwe parking space.
The former radio presenter was fined $50 or risk being jailed for 20 days if he fails to pay the fine.
Chitungwiza magistrate Takunda Mtetwa also slapped Maridadi with a 30-day imprisonment which was wholly suspended for five years on condition that he does not commit a similar offence, H-Metro reported.
Maridadi was being charged with unauthorised borrowing or use of property.
Stylon Marufu prosecuted.
