Relief for rape accused Prophet Magaya

Rape accused Prophetic Healing and Deliverance, (PHD) Ministries founder Walter Magaya had his bail conditions relaxed today with a magistrate stating that he was not a flight risk.

Magaya is accused of having raped a 25 year old congregant at his Mt Pleasant residence last year.

He is back in court on 28 September.

Initially, Magaya was ordered to report  thrice a week to the police.

The bail conditions have been relaxed as he is now expected to report at the CID (law and order) once a week.
