MULTI-MILLION dollar subsidiaries of Econet Wireless Global, Steward bank and EcoCash, have been announced as sponsors for the Free to Worship (FTW) concert taking place next month.
FTW Production Manager, Tawanda Sarireni said that he was both humbled and delighted to have the well-respected companies on board for Project Restoration.
"Partnering with two big and thriving brands who believe in,and support our vision is truly wonderful, and we are looking forward to the road ahead as we forge a long-term partnership," said Sarireni.
With the introduction of a new product range in the UK last year that facilitates students and businesses aboard, Steward bank has grown their international reach and remains the leading bank in Zimbabwe.
Chief Executive Officer for Steward Bank, Dr Lance Mambondiani said: "We are happy to be in partnership with Free to Worship, and to be part of their fifth concert, and the launch of their fourth live DVD and audio recording.
"As a business, we love to establish relationships with community initiatives that bring positivity, growth and an all-round presence, not only locally but internationally, and we cannot wait to see what they have to offer on the 1st of October," he added.
EcoCash CEO Natalie Jabangwe said the team were happy to be on board as a sponsor for FTW5 and looked forward to working alongside the team.
"There are a number of us who are big fans of this multi-talented group of people, so to be part of their journey this year is such an honour, and proves the on-going commitment we have to supporting community projects that bring people together," she added.
The critically acclaimed gospel ensemble has over the years mesmerised and captivated the hearts of fans with their unique and diverse gospel sounds and, with their fourth album in sight, plans for a tour are on the cards for 2017.
The event scheduled for the 1st of October will take place at the prestigious Dominion Centre in Wood Green, North London. The celebrated venue is home to high profile parties, concerts and corporate events, and boasts a theatre that seats up to 2000 people.
Tickets are still available, and priced at £20 for adults and £8 for children. They are being sold exclusively on the Free to Worship website www.freetoworship.co.uk or can be purchased via the phone.
