Man in trouble for abusing 10 year old girl

A 21-year old herd boy in Siganda area in Inyathi is in trouble after he allegedly dragged the ten year old girl into a bedroom and sexually abused her through rubbing his manhood in between her thighs.
The man was employed at the girl's home when he took advantage of the girl and sexually abused her.
The man who cannot be named to protect the identity of the minor was not asked to plead to indecent assault charges when he appeared before magistrate Temba Chimiso. He was remanded to September 29 for trial.
The court heard that on June 19 at 11pm the man was at the girl's home and he asked the girl to get into his bedroom and when she entered the room he allegedly undressed before wearing a condom and ordering her to lay on the bed.
He them ordered her to her to press her thighs against each other before rubbing his manhood in between the girl's thighs. The girl screamed and called her 8 year old nephew and that is when he let her go.
A report made to the police led to his arrest.
