A court eviction order to seventy illegal settlers in ward 29 Edmond stone farm Mvurwi has since been swept under the carpet by law enforcement agents.
Police told Bulawayo24 that there have nowhere to put the seventy families hence their failure to enforce the court order.
The complainant Phibion Nyakudya a legitimate settler in possession of an offer letter is a disturbed man since the illegal settlers are practising stream bank cultivation and the local dam there is now at risk of siltation.
Agritax is also complaining as politics has taken control of the situation there by posing risk to productivity.
Meanwhile, allegations are that the seventy are being protected by the newly elected MP doctor Martin Dinha since they are on the voters roll and voted for him in the July by election.
Efforts to contact him were fruitless as his mobile phone was unreachable.
