'DIRTY' residents risk jail

Harare residents who have unkempt houses risk being jailed for up to three months, new by-law reveal.

Under the Harare (Road Verges Maintenance) By-Law, 2016 residents should ensure that there is no litter outside their properties.

"Any person who contravenes the provisions of Section 4 shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine."
