The National Social Security Authority (NSSA) has sued the Winnerman Engineering Private Limited for the payment of $24 571, 42 that it owes  in contributions as at last  date of inspection  with interest of 5% per annum.

NSSA filed summons against the company on September 27 at the Bulawayo High Court.

In its declaration of the claim, NSSA submitted that the defendant is an employer of labour and is registered with NSSA to pay monthly contributions before the tenth of every month.

"At the date of inspection the defendant had accrued arrears in the sum of $24 571, 42," reads the declaration.

NSSA prayed for an order compelling the company to pay the amount.
