Nkulumane man up for fraud

A man from Nkulumane in Bulawayo has been dragged to court for fraud involving $300.

The man Norman Shava (50) pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Batanai Tuwe. The magistrate further remanded him for continuation of trial.

The court heard that on June 6 this year at 2pm Shava was at the VID Bulawayo with Ayanda Ndlovu  when Ndlovu asked him to assist  him get a driver's licence. Ndlovu gave him $300.

As from that day Ndlovu never saw Shava anywhere until he reported the matter to the police leading to Shava's arrest on September 15.
