8 die in head on collision along Chegutu - Chinhoyi road

Eight people were killed while four others were injured in Chegutu in a head on collision involving a Toyota Vox and a Toyota Fun Cargo vehicles along the Chegutu - Chinhoyi road.
The accident occurred this Tuesday morning 7km out of Chegutu.
Four of the injured were taken to Chegutu District Hospital.
Circumstances pertaining the accident were not readily available as police from Mashonaland West province declined to comment.
This is the second accident within 48 hours to claim such a large number of people after another accident claimed eight lives along the Harare - Masvingo highway on Sunday.
