Mutasa Central MDC-T Trevor Saruwaka has reportedly been barred from entering parliament because of his jacket (#ThisJacket).
Saruwaka pitched up wearing a jacket with national flag colours.
The national flag has recently been associated with anti-Mugabe protests.
There are reports that opposition legislators planned to stage a protests when Mugabe delivers his speech during the opening the fourth session of the eighth Parliament in Harare.
