Mugabe most corrupt person - Tendai Biti

President Robert Mugabe who frequently calls for zero tolerance on corruption has been branded as the top corrupt government official.
In recent past, several ministers including Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko have been fingered in multimillion dollar scandals with Higher Education minister Jonathan Moyo being the latest.
However, none has been arrested.
Opposition People's Democratic Party leader Tendai Biti has said Mugabe is the 'chief pillager'.
"The chief pillager Mugabe must answer for capturing the national dream & for subjecting wanaichi to poverty mediocrity fear and attrition" he posted on his twitter account.
He added "Zim crises requires an urgent coalescing of opposition parties Delay is a huge error as PDP we will support the best candidate to lead us".
On Sunday, Mphoko said a clique behind Moyo's planned arrest wanted to destabilise government.
He claimed that Moyo is being persecuted for supporting Mugabe.
