Stunner faces jail today

A lawyer representing hip hop artiste Stunner begged the courts not to jail his client claiming he was broke and struggling in life.
Stunner face jail time after he pleaded guilty to negligent driving without a valid driver's licence.
He knocked down a pedestrian in June after ramming into four cars.
His lawyer Dumisani Mtombeni pleaded for a $100 fine or less.
"Like many of us, he has been hard hit by harsh economic conditions as he can no longer make a living out of CD sales because of piracy.
"I believe a fine of $100 or less would meet the justice of this offence as it was not premeditated. It was an accident and no one is immune".
Last week a warrant of arrest was issued to Stunner after he failed to turn up in court.
He is due for sentencing today.
