Zanu PF secretary for youth, Kudzai Chipanga has vowed that the youth league would not vote for President Robert Mugabe if they are not given housing stands.

Early this year, Zanu PF pleaged to parcel out residential stands to youths countrywide as a way of vote buying.

To date, nothing has been delivered apart from mock ground breaking ceremonies in Bulawayo.

This has led Chipanga to make a no vote declaration.

"Zanu PF rebelled in 1980 and we won our independence.

" In 2000, the party again rebelled to take back our land.

"Now the youth league has rebelled. We are not going to vote without stands," he said in a video clip.

Recently, Mugabe confronted Local Government minister Saviour Kasukuwere over claims that he sold land earmarked for Zanu PF youths in Harare to Prophet Walter Magaya.
