Mugabe off to Madagascar

President Robert Mugabe is on his way to Madagascar for the 19th Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa heads of state and government summit.
The session kicks of Tuesday, state media has reported.
Mugabe (92) who rarely misses an international engagement jetted off soon after chairing a cabinet meeting.
Cabinet normally convenes on Tuesdays.
The summit is held under the theme "Inclusive and Sustainable Industrialisation".
