Teachers to be paid their October salaries in November

TEACHERS will be paid October salaries next month while the Zimbabwe National Army and Air Force of Zimbabwe will be paid on Friday, Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare Minister Prisca Mupfumira has said.
November 3 is the date set aside for education sector pay day.
Workers in the health sector would be paid on October 25 with the Zimbabwe Republic Police and Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services on October 28.
"The rest of the civil service will be paid on November 8 and pensioners will follow on November 11. Grant-aided institutions are the last to be paid on November 15" she said.
