Chief Justice Chidyausiku slams poor performance by aspiring judges

The Zimbabwe Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku has slammed power performance by aspiring judges indicating that they performed badly during their interviews which he was not up to the standard required at the level of the Supreme Court.
Only eight judges are required to assume offices after the interviews that were conducted in Harare.
Chidyausiku said most of the aspiring judge interviewed were total poor quality and could not fit to assume such high judiciary positions.
Out of the interviewed candidates only eight names will be submitted to the president Robert Mugabe to seal their appointment as judges.
