Tsholotsho investment company wins $37 000 law suit

The Bulawayo High Court has ordered the Extra-Rich Mining PVT Limited Company to pay the Tsholotsho Investment PVT Limited company the sum of $37 000 which the company failed to settle following in agreement of sale of a stamp mill entered into on September 1 2015 between the two parties.
Bulawayo High Court Judge Justice Nicholas Mathonsi ordered that the Extra-Rich Mining settle the amount.
In its application, Tsholotsho Investments and the Extra-Rich Mining Company entered into an agreement of sale for a brand new stamp mill. The purchase price was $40 000 and $20 000 was supposed to be paid on September 1 2016 and the balance to be settled on September 30 2015.
The company said the respondent failed to comply with the agreement leading to the court case.
