NTA debate constitutional, NTA unconstitutional, says Jonathan Moyo

     
Higher and Tertiary Education Minister Jonathan Moyo has insinuated that the National Transitional Authority discussion in which some group of people are lobby for the authority to take charge of the country ahead of the elections is constitutional but the NTA itself is unconstitutional.

Moyo's remarks come at a time when some people in the country have come together under the group of concerned citizens lobbying for the NTA before elections son as to ensure free and fair elections and smooth transition of power to the winners.

"The NTA debate is constitutional but the NTA is unconstitutional," Moyo said through his tweet.
