Tsvangirai election bombshell, to boycott all polls

The Movement for Democratic Change (MDC-T) has made another election u-turn vowing not to participate in any future polls.

Morgan Tsvangirai's party says it is demanding full implementation of electoral reforms.

However, the party indirectly backed Norton legislator Temba Mliswa.

Party national spokesperson Obert Gutu said " Our resolution that no reforms, no elections still stands.

"Thus, we will not be in Chimanimani (by-election)

"Our position is that we follow the party resolution and it is still standing,".

Last year, the party was accused of donating five seats to Zanu PF in Bulawayo.

It boycotted by-elections.
