Mphoko abandoned Jonathan Moyo?

VICE President Phelekezela Mphoko has abandoned under fire Higher Education minister Jonathan Moyo as he has dropped his stance of protecting corrupt government officials.

Mphoko who recently caused a stir claiming that Moyo or any other minister fingered in corruption cannot be arrested seem to have made a u-turn.

"People that I call real thieves are those who steal from the poor" he told a handful of Bulawayo residents on Sunday.

"A public figure working for the Government must always be honest and responsible. We need to respect our people regardless of their age or social status because if you take advantage of a poor person to steal his or her money, you are not blessed and watch out".
