Resident sued for over $3 700 debt

Mater Dei Hospital has sued a Bulawayo resident for a debt of over $3 700 that she owes the health institution on unspecified service bill.
The hospital filed its summons at the Bulawayo High Court on October 27 citing Chumile Tshuma as the defendant in the matter.
"You the defendant you are called upon to pay the plaintiff the sum of $3 765.48 interests on the said amount at the prescribed rate from June 1 2012 to date of full and final payment.
"You are required to pay the sum by virtue of judgement obtained against you in Bulawayo on March 2 2016 under which you were ordered to pay the sum of $3 765.48.
"You were also ordered to pay the costs that case and the collection commission," reads the summons in part.
The summons states that if she failed to pay at a stipulated time she must appear before the court on November 10 to explain why she has not yet paid.
Tshuma is yet to respond to the summons.
