Mugabe's Politburo meets tomorrow

The Zanu-PF Politburo will meet tomorrow amid expectations that discussions will centre around the just-ended Norton by-election where the party's candidate Ronald Chindedza lost to an Independent, Mr Temba Mliswa.

In a statement released to ZBC last night, the revolutionary party's national secretary for Administration Ignatius Chombo said the meeting would be held at the party's headquarters and urged members to be punctual.

Although Chombo did not disclose the agenda, sources said preparations for the People's Annual Conference to be held in Masvingo next month will also prominently feature in the discussions.
