Reports from the capital suggest that around 40 people were arrest before they became violent.
It is unclear how cops can spot would-be violent individuals from dozens of people in a park.
These men pictured below were also at the Africa Unity Square today, where most people were arrested from, but there is no report of Tendai Biti being arrested.
