The revelations that the MDC-T and its leader Morgan Tsvangirai are the most feared by President Robert Mugabe among other opposition political parties emerged during the ruling party's annual conference in Masvingo where most of the members who chanted slogans including Mugabe only said Pasi Ne MDC Pasi na Tsvangirai.

Most of the speakers especially among the ministers who were given a chance to speak about their portfolios were heard chanting the slogan denunciation Tsvangirai and his party as if it was the only existing opposition party in Zimbabwe.

However through these observations commentator say this shows that Zanu PF is losing sleep because pf MDC-T which on several elections has given the ruling party a torrid time during polls with the most serious threat to it having been posed in 2008.

In 2008 Mugabe was defeated by Tsvangirai with a margin which did not give him an out right win amid observers' claims that the polls were rigged leading to the second round where MDC-T supporters were butchered prompting Tsvangirai to pull out of the race.

Other parties including that of former Vice President Joice Mujuru (ZiMPF) were never an issue at the conference as no one remembered to chant any slogan against them.
