The 2013 Style Icon of the Year Nominee for the Zimbabwe Fashion Week Awards & the only male in that category pushes boundaries in all he does, but has a flawless touch to his initiatives.

The Global Citizen, who has received outstanding acknowledgements in 2013, kicks off the year 2014 with being a Finalist for the Eduzine Global Young Achievers Awards 2014 in the Cultural category. For many who have been following the young Zimbabwean closely, you would know that he is one of the best products the country has produced and he is a force to reckon with. Gilmore and a fellow Kenyan are the 2 Africans to compile the 8 Finalists.

Unlike other awards, the "prizes" for the winners will be a gift of giving. The overall winners will each select charities to benefit from in 2014. Eduzine Global philosophy and mission is that they support, showcase and celebrate young achievers and by doing so generate funds for charitable projects worldwide. "Selecting the finalist was no easy matter, as there have been so many fantastic achievements by young people and those supporting them" â€" Eduzine Global.

When asked on this achievement just as the year kicks off, this is what Gilmore Tee had to say, "These awards stand for everything I believe in. I personally thing our works need to better the next person's life. Therefore knowing that these awards will lead to giving to charitable projects across the world, it gives me a lot of encouragement to use my ability to reach out to other people. I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of charitable projects and also being a stepping stone and pillar to many successful individuals, so this is one of the many things i believe in."

"I thank God and you for the continued support; I just have no words for what this year has in store for those I work with and myself. Passion pushes boundaries, I will continue doing what I love and let the rest unfold accordingly."
