Future Zimbabwean government will reserve the right to put aside all agreements entered into by the Mugabe regime; it rigged the July 2013 elections and is per se an illegitimate regime!

Zimbabwe is to soon sign Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements (BIPPAs) with Russia and India, Zimbabwe's Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Christopher Mutsvangwa announced.

It is no secret that the Mugabe regime is desperate to attract foreign investors in the light of its failure to raise even one dollar for its ZimAsset economic recovery plan. No doubt that some foreign countries will want to take advantage of the regime's weakened position.

It is important for these nations to know that all deals signed by this Mugabe regime will be subjected to thorough scrutiny and will not be honoured if they are not in Zimbabwe's best interest. It is no secret that President Mugabe rigged the 2013 elections and his regime is therefore illegitimate and has no legal authority to enter into any contractual agreement on behalf of the people of Zimbabwe.

Conclusion

It remains one of the Zimbabwe Social Democrats' most cherished goals to have a thoroughly investigate carried out on the conduct of the July 2013 Zimbabwe elections. All the evidence of vote rigging will be produced before a Court of Law and will seek the court judgement declaring the Mugabe regime that emerged after the elections was illegitimate and therefore all contractual agreements, amongst other things, it entered into were all null and void.

Those nations who are signing up agreements with this Mugabe regime must know President Mugabe has no legal authority to sign anything on behalf of the people of Zimbabwe, not since the rigged July 2013 elections!
