Customer Experience Management Africa summit

IQ Business is busy redefining management consulting.  They tackle the challenges their clients face by leveraging their research and that of their partners, assigning IQ teams to design and implement solutions, or deploying point expertise to fill a skills gap.
 
IQ Business will be presenting a 60 minute workshop at the 4th Customer Experience Management Africa Summit, taking place 22-23 July 2015 at the Westin Hotel in Cape Town.
 
The Successful Customer Outcome Revolution (SCOR), is one of many tools provided in the CEMMethod®, developed by the BPGroup.
 
This practical workshop will introduce attendees to the tool and give them the opportunity to apply the tool to a case study, ensuring they walk away from the workshop having learnt a method to:
- identify customer categories,
- understand expectations and constraints related to that customer
- and define the real needs of that customer category, enabling them to take the first step to aligning organisational efforts to meeting those needs.
 
Q&A sessions during this workshop will give attendees the opportunity to discuss their challenges and opportunities in the workplace. IQ Business will also showcase their solutions at the innovation display area with experts on hand to discuss and exchange ideas with attendees.
 
With an agenda designed by CX Heads for CX Heads, attendees will also receive insight into the most current and relevant information from some of today's most notable individuals who are shaping the IT landscape in South Africa and beyond on topics such as connecting with your customer; smart data and customer analytics; customer service staff and the customer experience and sustainable
CEM.
