Farm invader in trouble for destroying villager's building structures

A man from Makhandeni in Fort Rixon is in trouble after he invaded a villager's homestead and destroying a building structure under construction.
Tobile Joseph was not asked to plead to malicious damage to property when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tawanda Muchemwa. The magistrate remanded him to December 13 for trial.
The court was told that on May 8 this year Joseph went to stand number 25 Village 7 Heaney Junction Fort Rixon and destroyed the complainant Lucia Teraman's structure which was under construction.
He also allegedly stole a window frame worth $25.
Teraman discovered the destruction when she visited the place and her employees revealed that Joseph was responsible for the damage.
The matter was reported to the police leading to his arrest.
