Developer ordered to halt development project in Ntabazinduna

A property developer Nicholas Masuku, N & S Properties has been ordered to stop any development projects at a land in Ntabazinduna township on condition that the project was illegally initiated.
A notice to Masuku written by Umguza Rural District Council Chief Executive officer Collen Moyo states that Umguza RDC did on the 16th of March 2017 serve Masuku and any other person developing on a portion of land in Ntabazinduna township on BC 848 Layout, the enforcement order and whereas Umguza RDC considers it necessary to prohibit the continuation of the operations or uses specified in terms of section 34 of the Regional Town and Country planning Act Chapter 29:12 of 1996.
"Therefore take not that in terms of the said section 34 you are hereby ordered with effect from 3 May 2017 which shall be the date from which this order takes place to discontinue all operations on or any use of the land concerned or any use of building thereon and carrying out on the land concerned of any building or other operations," reads the prohibition order.
"All the illegal development construction works and any other forms of development on the land with immediate effect. Any other unauthorized use of land and remove all materials on site."
