MacDonald Khumalo sold out Khumalos as he attend Stanley Tshuma coronation

A Concerned Matebele resident Dumezweni Dlodlo has said one of the Khumalo clan MacDonald Khumalo who has been in the fore front in pushing for the revieval of the Ndebele Kingdom has sold out the Khumalo at last as he chose to attend the coronation of Stanley Raphael Tshuma Khumalo who has not been approved by the clan and the heir to the throne.

He said there are some people who have been disputing that Macdonald Khumalo and other highly respected figures in ZANU pf are behind Stanley Tshuma kingship matrix and coronation.

"The bottom picture reflect MacDonald Khumalo on bald head and on the right hand with spectacles as part of the proceedings in the coronation of Stanley Tshuma. In not so long has MacDonald Khumalo in a social media platform denied his involvement in the Kingship issue and he also denied that he is the one who brought Report Phelekezela Mphoko to koMzilikazi commemorations two years back without the consent of other Khumalos and it is on that year for the first time that a politician in the mould of Mphoko addressed people and said in not so long will the government of Zimbabwe assist you with the installation of the Ndebele king," he said.

"MacDonald Khumalo once confided to some of us that the person who will become a Mthwakazi king will surprise many because he is not even in the picture of the Khumalos and that was two years back before Stanley Tshuma had shown his kingship ambitions. For starters maybe some of you may not know who MacDonald Khumalo is, he was once a President of Zimbabwe Farmers Union through the influence and appointment of the late John Landa Nkomo and we all know that if some elections were conducted by that time for the presidency of Zimbabwe farmers Union  MacDonald Khumalo was not going to win because shonas will never vote for a Ndebele person no matter in what capacity because elections were going to be done through provinces and let's argue and say Mat North, Mat South, Bulawayo and Midlands were to vote for MacDonald Khumalo, the other six Shona provinces were going to vote for a Shona person."

Dlodlo said he is the same MacDonald Khumalo who is serving in the current ZBC board through also the benevolence of ZANU pf and his representation is not being felt in that ZBC board because Mthwakazi languages and programs are not being promoted in ZBC whether on television or on all radio stations.

"To all those who are still doubting what we continue to unearth on the insincerity of Stanley Tshuma you will not in so long eat a humble pie, because ZANU pf are taking advantage of the current confusion by the Khumalos to divide people because they're realising that Mthwakazi is beginning to unite," he said.

"Some people are saying where were the Khumalos all this long?  And we say where was Stanley all this long because he also claims to be a Khumalo. No one will stop and confuse people of Mthwakazi on the noble cause whose time has come. Stanley Tshuma is even urging people of Mthwakazi not to vote and is not that aiding the Gukurahundists to continue occupying our land and positions of influence in Mthwakazi territory through Shona parties like ZANU pf, MDC T, National People party (NPP) PDP. Is it not in Bulawayo where we have currently 14 shona councillors in through MDC T out of 29 Bulawayo councillors in the city of Kings and Queens."

He said Mthwakazi issue is a political problem that needs a political solution.

"We know some of our people wine and dine with ZANU pf and Shonas to derail our cause thereby protecting where their bread is buttered," he said.
