Man kidnaps wife's lover

A Zimbabwean farm worker in Mesina - South Africa kidnapped his workmate at night and smuggled him into Zimbabwe using a scotchcart before thoroughly whipping him angered by claims that he was having an affair with his wife.
Wiseman Ndou confronted Walter Hlupheka way back in July last year accusing him of dating his wife.
Ndu is from Chief Sitauze village in Beitbridge while Hlupheka comes from Chegutu.
A commotion ensured which resulted in Ndou having to bungling Hlupheka onto a scothcrart and crossed to Zimbabwe using a illegal entry point.
After crossing the crocodile infested Limpopo river around 11pm Ndou severely whipped his workmate and robbed him of R250 and fled. He was later arrested.
Appearing in court on Wednesday before Gloria Takaunda, Ndou was convicted for kidnapping and sentenced to 24 months in jail of which 6 were suspended for five years.
Magistrate Takaunda further set aside 18 months and ordered Ndou to do 630 hours of community service at Malala primary School.
